Fight Like a Kid.. Ellie Walton

On a recent trip back home, I had the pleasure of meeting little Ellie Walton. She is the youngest daughter of Sarah and Kyle Walton. She has a rare form of cancer called Infantile Desmoplastic Ganglioglioma. It is a cancer so rare there have been less than 60 cases ever recorded.

Born December 21st, barely 10 months old, Ellie has had multiple surgeries to remove a brain tumor, which grew back. Due to the location, not all of the tumor could be removed and for the next year, she will undergo a chemotherapy schedule no one should have to endure, especially a child.

The Walton's have displayed great courage and strength throughout this stressful time. As we all know, unforeseen circumstances can add great expense and the last thing any parent wants to think about is how things will get paid or how they will feed their family as medical bills add up.

Even though I have relocated to Central Illinois, I can help from here. From now until June 30, 2014 any person who donates to www.YouCaring.com/EllieWalton in the amount of $20 or more will receive a one hour photo session with See Yourself Photography for $25, images included. Although this offer does not include weddings or engagements, it's a way to capture your all too precious family moments, make memories, and help out this wonderful family. You can donate now and book your session anytime as long as your photos are taken by the June 30th deadline. Spaces will fill up fast, so let's show our support for this little fighter, make a donation, and book now.

I am willing to travel many places in the Central Illinois area and feel free to contact me with any questions about your session at syphotographyil@gmail.com.
